DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW MUCH DOES EU AND THE REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY COST?

Firstly, We are made and based in France!

We deliver worldwide but please contact us using our contact form to find out how we can accommodate your needs!

Shipping in France from £10 dependant on order size. Domestic shipping will take 2-7 working days (estimated).

Shipping to the UK & Europe from £15 and up dependant on order size. International shipping will take 2-7 working days (estimated).

Shipping to the US & Canada from £15 and up dependant on order size. International shipping will take 2-7 working days (estimated).

Shipping to the Rest of The World from £25 and up dependant on order size. International shipping will take 2-7 working days (estimated).

DELIVERY DURING COVID-19?

We deliver from France. Therefore due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will do our best to reach each shipment destination as quickly as possible during this time.

Please note that in some cases your shipment may take a little longer than usual. If you have any problems please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

We like to keep things simple here at Art de Parfum, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened and unused in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to offer any refunds for products that have been opened due to issues with hygiene.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Pack the item/s safe and securely, ensure the items are in a resealable condition (i.e. brand new condition, in original packaging).
  2. Add a note which states your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
  3. Send your parcel to: c/o Art de Parfum Ltd, UrbanHub, 1 Place de la Logistique, 94150 Rungis Cedex, Building S, Gates 11 & 13

Please note: We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of delivery.
  3. If your original purchase came with free delivery and you would now like a refund and the goods are not faulty we will deduct a £4 delivery/admin charge from your refund to cover the initial free delivery of your product.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM:

    1. Firstly, I would like to say sorry. We hate disappointing customers so will do our best to rectify the problem asap.
    2. Add a note which states your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
