DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW MUCH DOES UK MAINLAND DELIVERY COST? (ANSWER: £0)

Delivery on everything is free (to UK mainland)!

We don't believe in gimmicks or hidden fees so UK mainland delivery of Art de Parfum products will always be free (we hope). This includes delivery on our merchandise items too.

HOW MUCH DOES EU AND THE REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY COST?

We deliver worldwide please contact us using our contact form to find out how we can acommodate your needs.

Europe - £15 - 1-3 work days delivery estimate.

US, Canada and Rest of the World orders - £20 - 1-4 work days delivery estimate.

RETURNS POLICY

We like to keep things simple here at Art De Parfum, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened and unused in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to offer any refunds for products that have been opened due to issues with hygiene.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Pack the item/s safe and securely, ensure the items are in a re-saleable condition (i.e. brand new condition, in original packaging).
  2. Add a note which states your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
  3. Send your parcel to: c/o Art de Parfum Ltd., 86-90 Paul street, London, EC2A 4NE.

Please note: We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of delivery.
  3. If your original purchase came with free delivery and you would now like a refund and the goods are not faulty we will deduct a £4 delivery/admin charge from your refund to cover the initial free delivery of your product.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM:

    1. Firstly, I would like to say sorry. We hate disappointing customers so will do our best to rectify the problem asap.
    2. Add a note which states your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
