Art de Parfum was founded in 2015 and is an independent, family owned, innovative and proudly ethical brand that takes a fresh, genuine approach to perfumery and exudes a contemporary French sophistication at every touchpoint.
One of the first ethically sourced and manufactured perfume brands, all Art de Parfum fragrances are made in the South of France and are environmentally-friendly and free of materials that add to third world exploitation, in recognition of the renewed awareness of the importance of the health of our planet and its people, which are now utterly inseparable.
Ruta Degutyte, the brand’s creator, is uncompromising on the issue of ethics and environment. Having spent many years as an international marketing consultant for several global brands, Ruta wanted to make ethics as well as stretching the limits of classical perfumery, the core values of her brand.
Art de Parfum offers 8 unisex extrait-strength fragrances and pure perfumes, that exude French sophistication: the award winning Encore Une Fois and Le Joker, Sensual Oud, Excentrique Moi, Signature Wild, Sea Foam, Gin and Tonic Cologne and the brand’s new 8th fragrance Kimono Vert.
The Eluxe judges were impressed “by the brand’s avoidance of rare materials, even though they’d qualify as ‘natural’ and ‘vegan’” and “given the dangers of nanoparticles to human health and the environment, judges were also impressed that Art de Parfum pointed out that they don’t use them (though many cosmetic brands do). Hats off for raising awareness on this little-discussed issue!”
